Pamela Minns

 I  worked for 5 years in a long daycare setting in Melbourne Victoria ,before recently relocating to  Qld  in2016 be closer to family .I have worked across the centre in all age groups and have been a co educator in rooms to a floater/additional educator around the centre.I work well as part of a team as well as independant when and if needed.Iove to be a part of children learning and growing and discovering things about themselves and the world around them ,it has been amazing for me to  learn so much from my fellow educators at my previous centre.I am always eager to learn new things through professional development and from the wealth of knowledge of  those who have been in the industry for more years then I .I catch public transport so i do not drive and the ideal job would be one close to public transport so i can get to and from work.I create lasting bonds with my families and children and welcome feedback and improvement from  management and fellow educators. I have only had 5 years experience ihe industry but I am passionate about the education and learning of our younger generations. I am going to undertake my studies for my Diploma in Early childhood in the very near future .
