Casty

 I am a fresh graduated student from Swinburne University Hawthorn Campus,and currently holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. 

During my course in this university I have undergo 4 different placements in 3 different centers ranging from babies to kinder, where I developed many skills and capabilities regarding early childhood curriculum. 

I am especially trained in developing age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans which would helpful in achieving goals of you center while promoting social and cognitive development in children. My prime focus as an early childhood teacher is to provide advocate children with nature and care and provide them with the confidence and skills that they need in order to excel in a challenging world in their later stage of life.

Possessing strong management and creative skills, is my main point of contributing the center. I understand that teaching requires an individual to take on many avatars especially in the role of an early childhood educator, and while teaching I too as educator will learn and grow with the children.
