I am a mum of two daughters, Ruby is 8 yrs and Lyla is 6yrs. I have been mainly at home the last four years...my most rewarding role so far for obvious reasons. Lyla has Autism and so I have been busy with  a range of therapies for her, as well as also completing a Certificate III in Education Support in the past year. She will embark on her first year of school in 2018 and so it is time for me to get back out into the workforce.

I have worked in all areas of early childhood, with my last position being pat of an integrated team of professionals working with families and children aged 0-8 in early intervention and family support. The role required me to facilitate community playgroups to promote the benefit of kindergarten. I supported families one on one in their home or one site with strategies to support their childs development as well as gathring data to suppoort assessments by specialist teams. I also supported these children in their childcare settings, by working with the staff on strategies and solutions for inclusion support. 

I may be a bit rusty but I have enthusiasm  and experience and am keen to get back into the workforce doing relief so I can work around my daughters needs (I share custody of them) during the transition to school and also to familiarise myself with the the EYLF in practice, something I have little experience in with regards to documentation.
