Working with children to provide them with the best possible care, targeted at their well-being and health, is my life’s mission. Working as a childcare worker for over 7 years has taught me most intricate details of the work, allowing me to maintain awareness of each assigned child’s emotional, physical, and spiritual needs. This, in turn, makes it easier for me refer children to appropriate services, to ensure that these needs are met.

In a child care worker role, I will be exceptional on many levels, including supporting and supervising children in meeting their behavioral goals, per their individualized plans, and the principles of positive behavior support.

I will be a definite asset to you in terms of immediate therapeutic crises intervention, aiming to provide structure, and behavior management, in line with the facility’s policies.

With my experience in implementing recreational activities that make leisure time a positive, rewarding, and meaningful experience, I am confident that my addition to your family of child care workers will be a welcome one.
