Jessica Singh

I have just recently moved to Queensland. I am an ambitious individual who seeks to broaden my career path.  I am self-motivated and an excellent team member who enjoys contributing to new ideas and working with children. I work well under pressure and understand the importance of time management. It’s been a great passion of mine to work with children and I take a lot of pride in my performance.  The children and their interest are my number one priority. Their environment is a fundamental element for their growth. To give all the children the tools and skills they need to go out into the world and achieve their goals. Programming is a major part and I ensure the program is based on children interest, which makes it more involved for the children and their families keeps them actively interested in the programme. I ensure the children’s environment is safe, healthy and active environment where children can grow and learn and have fun all at the same time. Keeping the environment fresh by changing it to meet the children’s need so that they are kept interested.  I have a lot of new ideas to bring to the centre and try them all out and see what works and learn from the children as well. Children see things so differently and sometime we need to step into their shoes and see the world the way they do. I am open to new challenges within the industry and am willing to work hard to reach my set goals.
