Lisa Carey

My name is Lisa Carey and I am a 52 year old mother and grandmother.

I have a quiet , warm and friendly personality. I am hardworking, responsible and very reliable.

I have always loved children and enjoy working with them, watching them grow and develop. I find it very rewarding to be part of this process and feel I provide a calm and nuturing environment for the children to feel safe and secure while supporting the childrens development.

I have had experience working in a Montessori based childcare centre where the childrens age ranged from 18months to school age and were of various nationalities and religious beliefs.

I have also worked in Early intervention centres with children aged 3-4 years old with special needs. These included children with cerebal palsy, ASD and those with speech and intellectual delays.

More recently I have been involved with in-home care providing support to families and care/ education to their children. The children were aged between 9months and 12 years.
